1 baked deep dish pie crust
1-1/2 cup peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese (room temp)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) whipped topping
1- 11 ounce jar hot fudge topping
Peanut Butter cups to decorate
Beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Pour into prepared pie shell & chill at least 2 hours. Remove from fridge & place pie on a plate. Remove top from hot fudge topping and microwave for 1-1/2 min. Be careful as jar will be hot. Pour over peanut butter pie and smooth over surface. Allow to cool 30 min then decorate top as you like. I used additional whipped topping, drops of peanut butter and a peanut butter cup in the center.
