Crust Ingredients:
• 3 Cups of Vanilla Wafers Crushed
• 1 TBS Sugar 
• ½ Stick Melted Butter

Crust Directions:
Pour melted butter over crushed Vanilla Wafers add sugar (makes a paste like consistency) and press firmly in a 9 inch Springform pan. Bake on 325 For 10 minutes.

Cheesecake Ingredients:
• 3 PKG softened Cream Cheese
• 1 Cup of Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 2 TBS Heavy Whipping Cream
• 2 TBS Flour
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Cheesecake Directions:
Mix Cream Cheese until smooth ADD eggs, sugar and vanilla mix in thoroughly. Then add Cream and Flour and mix in until just combined. Pour Cream Cheese Mixture over Crust and Bake in a 325 Degree oven for 55-60 Minutes. Remove and Cool Completely.

Custard Ingredients:
• 1 Can PET Milk
• 1 can of Water
• 1 Cup of Sugar
• 3 Egg yolks
• 2 TBS Cornstarch
• 2 TBS Water
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Custard Directions:
ADD MILK, can of water, sugar and vanilla to a pot, MIX egg yolks, cornstarch and 2 TBS water to a small bowl and mix until smooth. Add egg mixture to milk mixture. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until custard is thick. Cover and Cool Completely in fridge. Remove cheesecake from Pan, add a layer of custard, then add sliced bananas, then add another layer of custard. Crumble Vanilla Wafers on top and garnish with whip cream.
