I am constantly blown away by y’all’s baking skills! Take a look at this Very Vanilla Cherry Cheesecake made by Lynette Jefferies of My Desserts Diva!????

3 eight ounce packages cream cheese
1 ½ cups organic sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 can cherry pie filling

1 ½ cup crushed graham crackers
½ cup of butter
1 tablespoon organic sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add in one egg at a time, and mix together. Add sour cream and fold into cream cheese mixture.

For graham cracker crust – Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into a 9 inch spring-form pan. Bake for 10 mins in pre-heated oven of about 325 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 mins.

Pour cheesecake batter into spring-form pan and return to oven of about 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until top is golden brown and cheesecake has a slight jiggle. Let cheesecake cool completely in the refrigerator over night or for at least six hours. Then release cheesecake from springform pan and top with your cherry filling. Recipe yields 8-10 slices
