This site or application is owned or managed by 3815 Media, Inc. (“3815 Media”) and is part of the 3815 Media family of companies, which includes other quality entertainment brands such as media and production companies each of which operates or manages one or more websites or applications (each a “3815 Media Site,” and collectively the “3815 Media Sites”). 3815 Media provides this 3815 Media Site and related services for your personal non-commercial use only and subject to your compliance with this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using this 3815 Media Sites. Your use of this 3815 Media Sites constitutes your acceptance to be bound by this Agreement without limitation, qualification or change. If at any time you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of this 3815 Media Site. This Agreement sets forth 3815 Media’s policies with respect to its operation of the 3815 Media Sites. Other policies govern 3815 Media’s non-Internet operations. Certain products or services offered by this and/or other 3815 Media Sites (each a “3815 Media Internet Service,” and collectively “3815 Media Internet Services”), and certain areas within this and/or other 3815 Media Sites may be governed by additional terms (“Additional Terms”) presented in conjunction with those products or services. You must agree to those Additional Terms before using those areas or 3815 Media Internet Services. The Additional Terms and this Agreement, taken together, shall apply to your use of those areas or 3815 Media Internet Services. In the event of an irreconcilable inconsistency between the Additional Terms and this Agreement, the Additional Terms shall control.

3815 Media, Inc., shall review and screen digital photographic and video content submitted by Third Parties (the “Submitted Content”) and provide it to Rushion McDonald. 3815 Media, Inc., maintains this online repository and shall screen all Submitted Content but will not accept any submissions of nudity, sexually suggestive images, graphic violence, profanity, derogatory content of any race, nationality, ethnic identity, gender or sexual orientation, religious content, political content and any other content that 3815 Media Inc., deems explicit. 3815 Media, Inc., is the owner of the Submitted Content and all rights therein and that 3815 Media, Inc., has the right to control and use the pre-approved Submitted Content, in perpetuity. Your use of this 3815 Media Sites constitutes your acceptance to be bound by this Agreement without limitation, qualification or change. If at any time you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of this 3815 Media Site.

YOU MAY NOT USE ANY 3815 MEDIA SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE THAT IS UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED BY THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL TERMS. YOUR ACCESS TO ANY 3815 MEDIA SITE MAY BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY IN 3815 MEDIA’S SOLE DISCRETION, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL TERMS, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON, OR NO REASON.
